If you've never experience the true power of prayer, let me tell you it's beautiful.
When I sit in prayer, I feel this energy surging through my body and I know the Holy Spirit is with me, listening to me, talking to me, and healing me.
Set your goals. Create your vision board. Where do you want to be in five years?
Blah, blah, blah...
Ok, setting your goals and creating your vision board(s) are one part of essentially setting your intentions, but it's time we go deeper.
Goals are great, vision boards are great, but are you truly talking to God and listening to where He wants you in life?
When it comes to living a healthy life, we focus on "I have to lose x amount of weight", "I have to look like that Instagram model in that bikini", "I have to be on this new fad diet and exercise x amount of hours per day", and "cut my calories down to 500 per day" in order to look good, look healthy, etc.
Hands up if you ever had those thoughts or done those things. It makes you feel drained and sluggish, and just overall not good.
