Reset: Day 2 & 3
Day Two was painful.
There was the tiniest amount of dairy in something I ate and my goodness, my body did not react well at all.
I also didn't get any good sleep on Day 2 (Monday January 7th) which is leading into a cranky Day 3.
Day Three feels irritable.
Theres a lot of triggers as to why I am feeling cranky and extra irritable, but that cup of coffee certainly sounds wonderful.
I'll be brief, today is a little bit of a struggle in resisting the coffee and attempting to be solely focused on Him to calm my thoughts and my cravings.
