Meet Our Founder
Hey, I’m Kailee
I'm from the Hudson Valley, NY and I am a Holistic Lifestylist, Christian based Spiritual Life Mentor, & Reiki Healer guiding women worldwide on a budget to nourish & love their lives through holistic foods, steadfast faith, & gentle fitness.
I attended Marist College and studied for my Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Psychology and a Public Health pathway (essentially a second minor). I live with my fiancee, Carlton (pictured with me above), and we've been together for over 5 years. I'm a daughter, a sister, a granddaughter, a friend, a wife to be, and a mentor.
I am a Daughter of God and love anything inspiring. I practice yoga and love buying from local farms, hello organic and holistic - goodbye GMO’s, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. I work with the Angels of God very closely to bring Divine Guidance and Love to you in sharing my faith. God works in me and through me in order to be of highest service to you and to those who I meet.
I'm on this journey called Life with you. I haven't figured this thing out, maybe we're not meant to have it all figured out. But I am here on this journey with you in getting healthy and building a faith-filled lifestyle. I hope to be a light to all who I meet in this life and to be a beacon of hope to those who stumble upon my little corner of the world.
I am currently a mentor for women at a local church, part of a Bible study, and also a Prayer Group at this local church. I love getting involved with my community in any way I can, in speaking, in writing, in just being a friend to someone who needs a friend to talk to.
I'm so happy to have you here. I cannot wait to meet you, to get to know you, and to work with you! I'm your friend, your mentor, your coach.
Sending you so much love & light!
My Story where it all began:
As a Holistic Lifestylist
Now, let's head into college. Man, high school I was eating healthy, working out all the time, in my best shape. College, freshman year, rolls around and I lost 10 pounds in the matter of one month. People began asking if I was sick or anorexic. Yes, I lost weight that I couldn't afford to lose. It wasn't on purpose, it was all due to stress. Many people eat when they get stressed, for me I don't eat when I get stressed. I was stressed from the new-ness of college, the stress of commuting, and the stress of my situation at home. You'll read more about that later this week.
Five years later and I still struggle a little bit with getting all of that weight back on. I've had people tell me that I don't understand what it's like to be healthy or to be on a wellness journey all because I've never been overweight. And you're right, I may not understand what it's like to be overweight, but I know what it's like to be underweight and it's equally as difficult, maybe even more to get the weight back on.
Since I always love eating organic foods and exercising (primarily low-impact workouts), I knew I wanted to help others. I realized that being a Holistic Lifestylist & Spiritual Life Coach was my true Calling in this life. I've been helping people since 2014 - almost 4 years - in getting healthy whether they are overweight, underweight, or simply just want to feel healthier on the inside. This is also when I started my wellness coaching. My mom (recently diagnosed) and my grandma both have autoimmune diseases, which can be hereditary, so I especially now have to take extra good care of myself by eating organic & healthy, by exercising daily, taking vitamins daily, and by using organic beauty & cleaning products.
As a Christian Life Mentor
During my healing, I recognized that there are other people out there who are going through what I went through or something similar. I've been helping others and spreading my light always to those around me. That's when God placed on my heart that I needed to do something and to continue walking my journey. That's when 2016 comes around and I started doing life mentoring to help women in their spirituality and in their faith to heal as I walk with them. As I continued to heal and forgive my father, 2017 I had completely forgiven him. I would write letters, but never send them. Then October 2017 came.
That's when I had to lean on my faith, to lean on God. I felt broken. I felt like every part of my life was falling apart. You see, I had accepted the fact that if we had a relationship again or not. But what the most difficult thing was to know that there was about a 90% chance he wouldn't survive this. I was devastated. I felt like my heart was shattering and I can't tell you how many times I cried and cried, like ugly cry. All of this brought me to God.
I almost started crying one night in early January 2018 as I kept writing over and over in my journal "I surrender completely to you, God." I kept being reminded very clearly that I am a Daughter of God and to continue to surrender my plans to Him. Surrender is key because it allows us to open ourselves completely to God and to His Plan.
So now, I help women heal, to get closer to God, to build their faith, to trust Him. Yes, I still have New Age beliefs, but this is what all helped me to find God, to understand fully that I am in fact a Daughter of God and a Woman of God.
