Your early twenties are a HUGE transitional time. Between figuring out this “adulting” thing, building a career, maintaining a healthy romantic relationship, finishing school, keeping in touch with friends, and balancing whatever else life decides to throw at you- it is easy to look back and see that you have grown as a person, and you don’t know the first thing about who you are anymore.
You're tired of feeling sluggish every single day. You're tired of feeling drained. You want to lose weight (or even gain weight). You feel like you lack any sort of ambition. But you're stuck. You may not even know where to begin. You want to feel energized and you want to be filling your body with good food, good faith, and good fitness.
When it comes to living a healthy life, we focus on "I have to lose x amount of weight", "I have to look like that Instagram model in that bikini", "I have to be on this new fad diet and exercise x amount of hours per day", and "cut my calories down to 500 per day" in order to look good, look healthy, etc.
Hands up if you ever had those thoughts or done those things. It makes you feel drained and sluggish, and just overall not good.
Have you ever wondered why you feel like this and why nothing ever works?
